- Personal email address - to contact you if we need any further
information or to inform you of the status of your application.
- Your personal details – including name, phone number, fax
number, home and postal address
- Payment details – such as credit card details
- Details of the qualification included in this application:
- name and location (e.g. city/province) of your institute/awarding
body
- qualification title (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) and major study
- duration, including normal length, date course commenced/completed
and qualification awarded

- A payment confirmation - normally within 2 minutes
of completion.
- An Application Record - normally within 5-7 minutes
of completion. Alternatively you can login into the online system
to download and print your 'Application Record'
