| How long will it take? |

| An online application will take around 15 - 20 minutes to complete. |
| |
| Agents and organisations can submit several applications simultaneously.
If the applications are not completed and submitted in one session they can be saved and then retrieved, completed and submitted within 30 days. |

- Payment details – such as credit

For New Application
- Qualification Holder’s details – including
name, date of birth and gender, your
File Number
- Qualification Holder’s Reference/File
number in your organisation
- Details of the qualification included
in this application:
- name and the location (e.g.
city & province) of the institute/
awarding body
- qualification title (e.g. Bachelor
of Arts) and major study
- duration, including normal
length, date course commenced/completed
and qualification awarded
- study mode, e.g. full-time,
part-time

| What happens next? |

| You will receive by e-mail: |
- A payment confirmation - normally within 2 minutes
of completion.
- An Application Record - normally within 5-7 minutes
of completion. Alternatively you can login into the online system
to download and print the 'Application Record'

As an Agent or a Representative. you need to print and SIGN the
'Application Record', and provide an evidence of the authorisation
from the qualification holder to allow you to verify his/her
qualifications, e.g. getting the qualification holder to sign on the Application
Record or submitting a separate Authorisation Letter. Send fees and all
required documents to:
